Ordering/stock:
Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. The minimum order is just one!
Q. What is your average lead-time?
A. We stock a core range of products on-site in our high-security warehouse and these are typically despatched within 24hrs. For special orders the lead-time varies, but we pride ourselves on our customer service – as our logo says, FAST FULFILMENT … GUARANTEED.
Q. Do you hold stock? If so, where?
A. Yes we have our own warehouse/fulfilment centre in Berkshire close to the motorway network and the many distribution companies that work out of the Heathrow area.
Personalisation:
Q. Can you personalise products:
a) with a brand logo? YES
b) with the recipient’s name? YES
A. Where a product lends itself to personalisation we can facilitate this. However some high value goods can be devalued by adding a logo, but we can advise on best options and alternatives. In the case of a camera, we might advise personalising the case, for instance.
Distribution:
Q. Can you despatch to individual addresses?
A. Yes, the bulk of our business involves delivery to individuals and we have the latest software to ensure efficient processing and track & trace.
Q. What about despatch to European and worldwide destinations?
A. We ship globally and advise clients on suitable products in order to ensure shipping charges are cost effective.
Processing/documentation:
Q. Can you use our delivery notes when sending goods directly to our customer?
A. Yes, many of our clients supply their own branded documentation for us to include with their rewards or gifts.
Costings:
Q. Are your invoice prices inc or ex VAT?
A. All invoice prices are ex-VAT.
Q . Is the RRP quoted inc or ex vat?
A. RRP’s, where quoted, include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Pricing:
Q. Is there a different price for bulk purchasing?
A. Yes, our price list has a price for ‘one off’s’ and a price for bulk quantities.
Q. Is delivery included in the price?
A. Due to our global fulfilment capability, we quote delivery separately. However, due to our high usage we have negotiated excellent rates with carriers. Typically for delivery within the UK, carriage charges for a single package vary from £1.95 to £8 depending on weight/bulk.
Insurance:
Q. Are goods insured in transit from yourselves.
A. All shipments include full insurance and require a recipient signature to evidence successful delivery.
